My real estate career began in 2004, first, with the commercial brokerage and developer, Soho Properties, and then six years at Douglas Elliman’s Chelsea office selling Manhattan residential co-ops and condos.
I have been a Licensed Broker in New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York since 2004. I hold degrees in Political Economy from Southwestern University and an MBA in Real Estate Asset Management from New York University.
I founded Evans & Nye in 2010, naming it as a Valentine for my Grandmothers.
